Change the orientation of the page in Word, now this special feature will be added
Usually, we choose A-4 size and Portrait Orientation (vertical page in simple words!) Option in Word document. But we can choose both portrait and horizontal (horizontal page) orientations in the same document as required. To do this we can change the orientation of that page by selecting certain text. The steps are as follows:
Select the text or table for which you want to change the orientation of the page. Instead of changing the orientation directly in the page layout, we have to open the Page Setup dialog box and select the required options.
To do this, click on Page Layout in the header ribbon. In the Page Layout section, open the Page Setup dialog box.
Selecting 'Selected Text' in 'Apply to' at the bottom and then landscaping from the Orientation Portrait at the top will only landscape the page portion we selected. If you perform the above procedure without selecting the text, the orientation of all the following pages can be changed from where the cursor is.
